True first edition with full number line, in fine condition. Harris' 11th novel, set over 72 hours inside the Vatican following the death of the pope.

The New York Times called this "a gripping, smart book", and Guardian (after much concern over the cliche) called it "unputdownable". Early in 2023 it was announced that 'All Quiet on the Western Front' filmmaker Edward Berger had begun work on a film adaptation, scripted by Peter Straughan, and in November 2024 the 'Conclave' premiered, already tipped for Oscar success.
